Eastwood “Woody” Almazan started his life enveloped in martial arts. His father, an 8th Dan master in Song Moo Kwan Tae-Kwon Do trained him traditionally in Tae-Kwon Do and Karate until his passing in 1997. In 2001, Woody began his training in ChiChing Tang Lang Wushu under Sifu Arnold Buenviaje in Manila, Philippines. After returning to the United States in 2006, he joined the U.S. Army until he was honorably discharged in 2016. He also trained at the Nei Wai Chia Wing Chun Academy from 2014 to 2016.
He has been a theater actor and stage fight choreographer since 1995, performing in such productions as West Side Story, The Full Monty, Man of La Mancha, and Love, Sex and the I.R.S. He was featured in the short movie Girls, Guns, and Blood and several short films in Texas such as Shhhh!, Halloween Nights, and The Companion.
Woody’s experience and talent provide the team with energy and depth, he has an eye for missing aspects in coordination which helps in the production of a quality scene.
